Originally I wasn't going to comment because I'm only diamond and feel I have very little knowledge of PvZ but your BM really infuriated me. I won't comment on your early and early mid game or any of your decisions, just the things that annoyed me.
30 - You lose a battle and say that his army is OP despite the fact that he started the battle with more than double in the army tab. The reason you are so far behind is because you have a had a string of defeats, each of which was your fault NOT the fault of inbalance.
23 - You have a battle when you are floating over 3000 resources and have 4 HT at home. At the start of the battle half of your stalkers are way out back and the other half get fungled.
24.20 - You are sitting with 4 HT and a ton of stalkers at middle of the map. You're up a base, get your other 4 HT with your army and wait until he attacks. Instead you lose all the HT and heaps of stalkers.
26.40 - Your army has just gone on some wild trek to a base you haven't scouted. 5 of your HT are on their own and get sniped.
27 - Your 6 HT wonder to the front of your army and get fungaled. And what was with the probe suicide charge at the start?
"GG. Zerg late game is unbeatable." Its actually quite the opposite. Instanst maxing up with 30+ warp gates, warp ins straight into their base, DTs, DTs warped straight into their base, colli, HT, immortals, the ease of spamming cannons rather than having to balance spores and spines, void rays and fricking motherships. What more late game advantages could you ask for?
In your late game army against zerg, you need dps. All those archons were no where nere as effective as they would of been if they had been HT. Also, once he switched away from the muta heavy style I would of added in colli.
"rofl. You're so bad too." Just don't dude, the guy played a perfectly respectable game, didn't cheese or even react to your BM so why bother. I'm sorry if you were just having a bad day and were just letting of some steam but if not try and improve your attutude. Don't blame inbalance, blame yourself.
Well said. On a second note. I've noticed with ZvP, especially around - Macro Zergs can be quite passive. As long as you know they're the kinda zerg that drones up hard. If you keep up with economy, and protect expansions with cannons / gateway wall offs. You should have no problem beating him with your deathball. Also, zerg can crumble so hard if you harass them/pressure them. Even just feinting an attack. You'll force him to make units which in turn causes him to stop droning. Just make sure you're ready for a counter-attack..
Just my 2 cents..
here, GLHF!
And as prOxisouth said, try not to BM. It's just a game... When you lose, examine the replay and look for flaws in your play mainly and your opponents play, start making notes of when the protoss opponent is most weakest when they use X particular BO or strat, and try incorporating playstyles or BO's/strategies that take advantage of this weakness in their timing. You'd be surprised how often it is successful.
