I think it has been extended to beyond uni students and is now open to public, they're having mid-terms now so give them some time to update!

If you are truly diamond standard now, go ahead and sign up for the entry level tournament!
But should there be any dispute or anything we'll be checking the winners' profiles/play and we'll make the final decision.

The prizes for the entry league will be less attractive then for the pro league though, so choose carefully!
