kind of weird but i have found peace when i force myself to say gg, even in the worst of situations, if you can pull off a gg at the end and leave you will feel better about it, and just take everything as a learning experience
As soon as I start to get in that horrible mindset that comes with a string of losses, it just snowballs. A couple of games played poorly might mean I do something to mess around in-game, like a bit of campaign or a custom game. If it gets really bad, I will just quit SC2 for the day and go do something else. In saying that I think yang's advice is great, I don't do that myself and I feel like I'm worse off as a result :P

I know people have different ideas about gg'ing, but personally no matter what happens I always feel the need to gg for this reason. It's a small acknowledgement that the other guy was able to pull off a win, and no matter how unjustified you think that result is, or how much better you were, he managed to squeeze the win. I think not gg'ing out of frustration sells yourself short in a way. It's a little thing that can have great effect
