So if im getting this correct, the tournament tomorrow at 6pm is the qualifers to select 16 players from the open signups.

these 16 players will join the already seeded 16 players in an all star tournament

so is this all star tournament tomorrow as well after the qualifers, or on a different day?

The actual tournament is on another date of course. In future tournaments, the top players from the tournament will be seeded automatically, while players qualify to vs them.
