I think having a distinct SEA flavour to it will definetely help. Especially if you, for instance, give a quick wrap up of the SEA scene over the past week (or however frequently you are doing it). So the CO stuff, the master's cup stuff, BSG stuff and general clan and team news. As well as the entertaining casts of course. Get some SEA personalities on when you can as well. Whether for interviews or co-casts. Guess it depends on how much variety you want in the content. I think, like Cute said, casting is a little over-saturated, so variety and SEA flavour will definetely set you apart from everyone else.
This is actually what I had in mind, my only issue is that my knowledge is still limited (well i believe it to be) so during holidays I will come up with a structure and we will go from there!!! SEA Fighting!!!

Well one way would be to get some nice high masters/GM players to send replays into you and together you can talk about what they were thinking during the match and why they made certain decisions and stuff. Day9 has done this on a couple of occassions with his Frienday Wednesday stuff. So that way it would be your combined knowledge doing the show, plus whatever questions you might wanna pick up from the chat. Could also do the same with lower level players and in that way have be more like a coaching session. That way it's more of a 'let's explore SC2', than a 'here is my expert opinion'.
But if you come up with a few formats, and can't decide which one, use them all!
