omg you can increase the experience you get? not sure if i like that. just give a new character armor full of gems and be max lvl in a few hours.

I don't know that it would be super possible, I imagine maybe at lower levels it would be fast but if the levelling scales anything like in d2 it will still take a fair bit of time to get max level, especially if you die because your gems are all only increasing XP gained.

Might be good in group runs and perhaps an effective build, however I'm sure they have a reason for such gems or you can only get them at near max level making it only possible for alts or gem's have level restrictions or other such requirements.

Either way I doubt it will be game breaking or ruin the experience.
