Previous Update: Sent to the factory for printing of names on 16th December. Names will be done by the 23rd of December and will be shipped then. Because of the long stretch of public holidays and the way the postal system works, singaporeans will probably get it by the end of the year and Australians / French should get it first week of january.

Q: Do you accept any other forms of payment?
A: Nope, we only use Paypal at the moment which is the most mainstream and safest form of transfer. All you need is a credit OR debit card, and you tag it to your paypal account. Paypal is essential for online shopping so if you plan to ever buy something online you might as well start setting up an account!

Q: When will I get my tee?

Estimated Delivery Times

Order processing: 2-3 days

Shipping by Country:
Singapore without name - + 2-3 days
Singapore with name customisation - + 2-3 days + 7 days (estimated)

Australia without name - + 8-10 days
Australia with name customisation - + 8-10 days + 7 days (estimated)

With Courier service: + 2 days

Example:
Ordering from Singapore without name = 2-3(order processing) days + 2-3 days(Shipping) = 4-6 days from the time you ordered.
Ordering from Australia with name = 2-3(order processing) days + 8-10 days(Shipping) + 7 days (Name) = 17-20 days from the time you ordered. < 3 weeks.

Q: What are Australia & International Countries?
Australia, New Zealand, France & USA are considered international countries by singpost. Padded envelopes will be provided by sc2sea for this to ensure your tee reaches you in good condition.

Q: How about other SEA countries?
Please PM me before you make the order, it will probably be done manually. And if there are alot of orders from your country I will add the option to the menu. Malaysia for instance only costs $1.50 AUD to ship so it doesn't hurt to ask!

Q: What is Courier delivery?
It means your parcel is treated as a registered article and can be traced, and fully refunded if it gets lost in the postal service. Also you parcel will be delivered by a courier and you will be required to be at home to sign the receipt, which could be inconvenient for some of you. For Singaporeans I would generally not recommend having to get this, there shouldn't be a problem. But for Australians and if you want to be safe, getting this feature will ensure you item will not get lost because if for some the rare instances it does get lost in the mail Sc2sea will not be held liable in any way, but this is very unlikely.

Q: I chose Courier but wasn't at home, what now?
You should have a notice left under your door with instructions on how to retrieve the parcel yourself at a nearby post office.

Q: Can I buy multiple tees per order?
Sadly the cart has limited functionality and you can only buy one tee per order. After you make your purchase, you have to go through the cart process again to purchase another tee. I initially thought you could save on postage if you order multiple tees together, but sadly you cannot as the shipping company counts by the TOTAL WEIGHT and nothing else. Meaning 2 tees sent together weighing 400 grams would cost the same as 2 tees of 200 grams each. www.singpost.com to do the calculations yourself

Q: How about orders in bulk?
Orders above 10 to the same address will receive a 20% discount BEFORE shipping.

Q: How about orders and custom logos for clans / sponsored teams?
Orders for clans can be made such that your clan logo can be printed as a complimentary service on the right sleeve of your sc2sea tee. This would require a minimum order of 20 tee shirts (factory requirement) as well as a high definition 300 DPI quality logo in .ai format to be sent to me.

for the Sydney guys and girls how about we do I bulk order have it delivered to my HQ then you can pick up at my next LAN event or pre-lan before Barcraft, even if other states jump on board with this its probably cheaper to pay a fraction of the bulk shipping + interstate mail then just singular international shipping ^_^
