Wow man, I have the exact same graphics card and am starting to have problems as well. I used to be able to play at medium graphics really well, but now it struggles/lags on low. However mine still says ATI Radeon under the device manager.
I'd also be interested to hear some of the reply's.

To be honest, after what I have had so far. Convinced the card itself must be faulty. Its really starting to piss me off considering how much I paid for my laptop.... Lol need to get it fixed, my dad is going to rage i reckon (: After the last fix took like 8 hours of Restoring and backing up ^^
