Why would you encourage bad manner?

I get enough BM while on the NA ladder and it's pathetic. I understand tolerance of frustrated comments but why would outright abuse be encouraged? That is disheartening and disappointing to see in a tournament.

^^ I knew I'd get at least one post like this.

Starcraft is merely a game. One that I love and has become my personal hobby and takes up the majority of my free time, but it's still a game. Bad manner, rage quits, Idra rage, Destiny BM, etc will go without penalty. I over exaggerated with "Encouraged" in my description. Hope you can understand ^.^
