Micro trainer 101 is helpful.. and I think that was the one Mafia was playing?..
The Chad dropping wisdom bombs on this thread. Boss.
There's another map called "Multitasking Trainer" which is pretty advanced, and as the name implies helps you practice multitasking (i.e. Macro-ing while microing a probe away from a zergling and picking up a unit with a drop ship). Pretty hard, but awesome practice.
On the NA server there's also marine split challenge which is quite fun and helpful. You progress through levels each increasing in difficulty and try to make the banelings trade with marines rather than crazy cost efficient.
Oh! Also qxc has done alot of nice practice maps. His ''So you think you can Micro'' series of maps cover everything from protoss unit kiting to tank viking skirmishes.

Other great maps for improvement are Macro or Die (which pretty simply nukes you when your money gets high) and on NA there's a map that actively 'coaches' you as well.
