I think this will be much much harder for you to track than you think. Some SEA players play alot of US/EU tournaments for the majority of the time. while this would give incentive for them to play in more SEA tournaments i just dont think its worth some of their time.

this would then technically be a flawed ranking because not everything is being taken into account

and if you did take into account other tournaments, it would just be too much work combing through every single tournaments results and looking for a SEA player
