My name is Anthony. I am European Asian. For those of you who are curious my father is British and My mother is French Lao and Chinese. I am a citizen in England, France and New Zealand ( got my NZ citizenship last year Whoot). I am currently living in NZ for uni studies. I am 24.
I started playing SC2 last year on and off but due to an injury I had to take some time away. I am in my final semester now so I have to study hard but as you study hard you need to play hard. I decided to focus on learning an RTS.
I am trying to main protoss. Although my macro and micro isn't god I am sure with practice and time then it can improve.
I look forward to getting to know you all and hopefully participate in tournaments with you all in the near future. After all Challenges make life interesting. Overcoming those challenges makes life meaningful.

Hororable and Protoss don't go together
Which part of Australia will you be at? Would be cool to let the others know so they can include you if you're interested, some areas are more passionate than others in terms of meet-ups and stuff haha.

Haha, that is true, but I like to think that I am the exception that proves the rule :P
I will be at Wollongong, quiet close to Sydney.

Welcome! Good to have a new face around. You might be around in time for the next Pigsty Cup (if it is held). Perhaps we can practice some PvP together!

My name is Thomas aka Silkmoth (NA and SEA) I'm based in Melbourne, Australia and have lived in and around for all of my 26 years. I've been playing SC2 for a couple years on and off but only really started playing 1v1 ranked mid way through last year. I found it quite Stressful to start with and have had to slowly gotten used to the pace and quick thinking that is required to play this awesome game. I play on and off and at the moment am trying to play a few games each day as it seems to be a more enjoyable way to learn.
I just discovered SC2SEA a couple of weeks ago and it sparked the realization that games like SC2 are even more fun when you have some people to discuss strategies, practice with and generally hang out.
I look forward to being a part of the Australian community and being helpful and Helped.
any advice on Clans that might have me or alternative ways that the Sea community keep in touch (facebook, B-net etc. )would be greatly appreciated!
Cheers
T
Hey I'm Slurmee, some of you may know me from the Melbourne Spring Cup today (2:00:33 onwards). I'm really really new to starcraft played for about 2 weeks. (So bronze noob) I'm from Melbourne, Australia and play Protoss. I'm here to just improve and meet new people (Same reason I went to the Spring Cup)
I never went into the Spring Cup expecting to win even a single match it was just to get into the whole environment and learn but I'm super stoked that everyone on stream was able to have a bit of fun with my unique protoss play style.
Im Azzacus from adelaide... looking for people who have the same crazy interest in do in sc2 ... 1v1 2v2 3v3 4v4, i watch gsl , ssl and wcs basically anything sc2 been playing since release im master level terran and looking to meet some new people
I just want to start by saying I wish I'd realised... I had no idea that a thriving community of gamers in this region existed for a game I really like all this time. I'm glad I've stumbled across it.
I'm not very good at SCII, from a competitive standpoint. I'm quite slow. But I would like to improve. I've completed Wings of Liberty and Heart of the Swarm on normal. I own the other two campaigns, but haven't finished them yet.
A couple of days ago I played with a group of streamers from the US who were quite advanced, and although I got destroyed quickly every round, it rekindled my interest in the game.
I'm a full-time university student, so I can't commit a lot of time each day to training, but I could probably do one hour each day around my studies. So if anyone feels like helping me acquire more material for adaptation, feel free to contact me via Battle.net or email.
New guy here. Just getting back into SC2 and gaming in general. Always loved BW when i was a kid. Wanted to join up here to learn, get better, and maybe even compete in the future.
