Glad you made this thread, so the other thread can stay a bit more general :P
Personally, I love doing nyduses. I'm building up a lot of games where nydus actually is what makes me win games. On lost temple, I find nyduses can go pretty much everywhere. You can use the high ground above the natural, if they take a 3rd at one of the main expos, you can nydus that and then nydus their main as well, making very quick attacks, retreats etc etc.
One cool move I've heard of is to fake an overlord drop. if your opponent has good map sight and you have overlord speed, group up all your overlords, move them over towards their 3rd while letting them see it, then nydus their main. Not only can you run your overlords away and save all of them, but the nydus will have their army out of position. Epic.
I've also tried nydus fakes. As in, you make a nydus worm in a VERY obvious position in their base, then if they move too many units to stop it, you attack their front. It is a bit of an "if they do this, then I do that" situation though, which means it wont always work. Possibly put a small amount of units, about 5, through the nydus to make them believe you are sending a whole army through.
I almost never harass. I think it is a massive leak in my play in all three matchups, though I feel zerg (and especially my style of zerg) doesnt lend itself to much cost-effective active harassment.
Obviously if I can get a muta-ling going vs protoss, the mutas are harassing as much as possible. Otherwise, occasionally 3-4 lings might end up in an unguarded expansion's mineral line. ZvZ, overseer contamination is about my only real active harassment play. Ive actually stopped building mutas at all vs terran in favour of more gas for banes and any of infestors / double evo chamber / hive tech.
I tend to focus more on stopping harass than actually doing the harassment. I dont actually remember the last time in a 1v1 that I made a nydus worm (perhaps never), or used an infestor with burrow to IT a mineral line.

That is an AWESOME IDEA hahha talk about faking and 2 prompts! i like it
I shall try it soon today haha
It will definately do well against protoss as their army's mobility sucks as they have to ball up.
I always find it difficult to split their army up, thanks for this idea Zergtastic are you sure you are just a mere silver league player? :P

Prism immo dropping good v T and P but specifically not mentioning Z? Interesting. Im guessing because of issues w/ overlords seeing you coming, but if you 1. denied overlord clouding with some pheonix harass then 2. drew my army away from my main+natural with a feint at my 3rd then dropped two immos in my main, you could probably smoke some pretty key tech structures before I could react effectively.
Scary thought. Id hate to lose an almost-morphed greater spire that way, would probably break my game plan completely.
i realise this is in the op, but heavy marauder drops of about 8-12 marauders to snipe expansions, upgrades, and tech is extremely powerful, especially with stim and attack upgrades. most players wont have time to react if you unload in the fog before you kill their expansion.
I like to keep an observer over my opponents army and as soon as they move out to attack i warp in a lot of zealots stalkers archons in their main so they have to run back to kill it off. This delays their attack and does a heap of damage to their econmy or infrastructure
Sentry drop.. Force field main ramp.. Warp in zealots. When they take their natural or third and army is out of main... Works v most races.. But worst v T...
