MazEi Tourneys Joined: 1	Personal preference, that's why. Like perhaps I would get rid of the '~' key so that I can feel the '1' key better(I do accidentally press that instead of 1 quite a few times). Or unless you're like me who uses Colemak keyboard layout, and thus you're Caps Lock is backspace, you would maybe remove that key so that it doesn't get in the way of the Tab or Shift.
