I can definitely play this thursday against Clanless, but I'll let everyone in TCP who hasn't had a go and wants to vs clanless have a go first if they want.

Guys,

We have to re-match the game vs Clanless. It has been declared by the admin (and i agree) that FYRE who won his 3 games yesterday night is obviously way too strong for playing in BSGCL. FYRE, sorry about that dude but you're too pro to play in this competition, even though you're only gold.
The rematch will start at 11PM AEDT on tuesday 18th, and we'll start at 1-2 for clanless,

btw... Ant from BtD beat 3 of our players last game.. then what does that mean?? we also lost that game 4-2 and this time we win 4-2. so how does that make sense? O_o

Frog didn't make it very clear so let me help out. FYRE isn't out cause he beat 3 players, he's out because he's a higher level player that has tanked a bunch of losses to stay in Gold. The important point that Frog brought up is that he is too good for BSG and I agree.

High level players sometimes keep their league low on purpose to get portraits. The guy has won hundreds of games this season but hasn't been promoted yet. I also checked his match history. It looked legitimate on the surface but then I looked harder at his losses, most of them are 1 to 4 minute games which means he's left before anything happened. This is why he's removed, hope it makes sense now.

The trick is whether it was close wins or just a complete outclassing, or at least that's what I'm assuming. I am curious as to how you define too good, or whether it's just you guys know that he shouldn't be in the competition.

I guess Frogmite does say 'obviously too strong'. I guess that means your Gold players are better than the average Gold player.

EDIT: I'm too slow apparently. Maynarde, keeping the streets clean and the leagues fair.

Hmm... Is it possible to change the time on the 18th to something a bit earlier please eg.9:30 aedt or something like that, It kind of leaves it too late.

Nope sorry, as Clanless is kind enough to propose us a re-match, we'll have to accept their timings.

@DeathWing - Basically, FYRE could easy be a diamond player. which is a world above the skill level of BSG players

And regards to the timing, I apologise for this late time, But so you all understand why it is so late, Most of the Clanless team are unavailable this weekend and EvilSWAT, the player still in for Clanless is only available at 11:30 AEDT (seems late, but he gets home at 8pm and lives in SG... so that is the earliest he can play..

And Frog, the time Evil said should be 11:30 not 11...
but,
I can suggest, if it helps, that if you want to PM Evil and organise for him to play his games sometime over the weekend (as he is available at earlier times then) to play his matches (until he loses or if the series is finished at 4-1) Then the rest of the games could be played at an earlier time Monday or Tuesday. However I will not be around... Up to you, if it helps to get a better time to organise your team Frog?...
