emart	Seattle does some stuff like this. It's just for fun though. We let whoever feels they can cast goof off and pretend. It's fun. I wouldn't want the leagues to feel that we were cutting out their casters though. Is there some different PA system to use? Why would local casters be heard better than the league ones?
