I cannot visit team liquid site because of websense here at work. But nonetheless if I place a similar thread in the forums here it wouldn't be much of a difference.

Basically the thread on TL says:
Bronze - Economy
Silver - Production
Gold - Knowledge
Platinum - Information, Army, Build (in order of low plat to high plat)
Diamond - Control, Force
Master - Management, Micro
GM - Timings, Dusting.

I think its pretty accurate, to some extent.
