I'm interested but what times are you planning for starting the event? 8pm AEST etc.
Thanks for your interest =)
We haven't confirmed the exact timing to start the games each day, but it'll probably be around 8-10pm AEST. We'll be having a meeting this week and everything ranging from map pools, to no-shows etc. etc. will be confirmed and updated on here.
Map Pool have been confirmed and added to the starting post. Brackets and Sign-in procedures will be sent out in an email and posted here on the 10th of September.
Spots in the tournament is filling up fast. We currently have 150+ verified participants, along with 35+ verified GrandMasters. This is an opportunity not to be missed, the chance for lower ranked players to improve their skills against a more experienced player, you may even be playing against your SC2 idol!!
SlayerS_Dragon is playing in this event as well I believe.
Yeah SlayerS_Dragon says he's going to be playing, probably on Master's account, but Master himself has also signed up on the same account. We're waiting for them to clear it up.
The current list of Grandmasters Registered are FXOtgun, mOOnGLaDe, nGenMaFia, aLtiaguz, TASenSei, pRoTimber, TAriiChard, pRocobo, altpig, inFiTargA, ThreeVotes, inF, techtron, Crimson, iCHORNinja, yChSPR, pRoRenson, FaDeEvetS, TARossi, TAyang, FlashRevz, EveRekanise, KayZ, REQShuffle, GnSMicron, kyzersoze, cZaVerde, aLtDementia, nGenLight, Shortizz, scrawL, Bielsko, cuong, lrslawp, rLsoneplus, Strafe, Jerry, GGiSt, and AKtemujin (who is a member of our team, we'll try not to be biased =P)
There would definitely be a lot of high quality games to be played during this tournament. We will try our best to bring every bit of the action to the SC2 community
Also, we have decided to stream certain matches live on Justin TV. Stay tuned for more updates on that regards.
P.S. There are only about 20+ spots left in this tournament, if you haven't already done so, secure your spot now!
Peace out,
The SEAL Team

The brackets will be seeded, but we'll try to ensure that everyone has a balanced match-up in the first few rounds of the competitions. Eg. We'll prob match masters/grandmasters up during 1st rounds, and not Bronzies vs Grandmasters^^

ok I see the brackets, we just organise the matches ourselves and send in replays etc? Or is their a set time to play?
An email should have been sent out to all participants =), if you haven't received one, contact me ASAP. Anyway, to sum it up, players are required to check in on our website using the check in facility, 10-60mins before your next match-up. At the commencement of the match, the victor is to check out using the check-out facility, then compress their replays into a .rar file with appropriate names and send it to sc2replays@sealeague.org
For the first round, the matches are scheduled to commence at 8pm AEST. The procedures above applies unless arrangements have been made. (Contact us ASAP if you're not available to play at your scheduled time.)
Please visit our site, in particular the check-in/out tabs under Starcraft 2 to clarify any issues especially those regarding no-shows. http://www.sealeague.org/
*We're still working to improve the website to make it more user friendly, so excuse us if it's not 100% fully functioning. We'll have it fully working before the tournament.
Over 135 rounds in this tournament resulted in neither player showing up. Definitely a tragic waste of money. Pity most of the event was played out during the Battle.net Invitational.
