Over three days of competition we will find the best player to represent our region at the WCS 2016 Premier League. The player deserving of such a title will face off against 31 of the world's best players on the world stage. So start warming up those hands and pay close attention to the following information to find out how you can have your shot at the World Championship Series.

WCS Season 2: Oceania/Southeast Asia Qualifiers
Stage 1 - Online Open Qualifier Stage

- Eligibility: Diamond/Master/Grand Master
- Format: Double elimination best-of-three
- Advancement to Stage 2: Top 12

Stage 2 - Round of 16

- Eligibility: Prior advancement + Season 1 Round of 4
- Format: Double elimination best-of-three
- Advancement to Stage 3: Top 4

The competing Players in the Round of 16 (Stage 2) will receive a share in a local $10,000 USD prize pool as follows:

- 1st place - $1,000
- 2nd place - $800
- 3rd place - $600
- 4th place - $500
- 5th/6th place - $400
- 7th/8th place - $300

Stage 3 - Round of 4

- Eligibility: Prior advancement
- Format: Double elimination best-of-three/five/seven
- Advancement to WCS 2016 Premier League: 1st Place

The competing Players in the Finals (Stage 3) will receive a share in a local $10,000 USD prize pool as follows:

- 1) $2,000 + WCS 2016 Premier League Seed
- 2) $1,500
- 3) $1,200
- 4) $1,000

If not clear, the four invited players for Season 2 will be the four players from the Round of 4 in Season 1 (this will also be the case for Season 3 with the four players from the Round of 4 in Season 2 being invited).
