Reviving cos this is required right now imo.

The chatbox needs a minimize option. I have heard about it being discussed to be deleted due to recent events but I think this is a better option.

Edit: welp. I never noticed it. :/ maybe making it more obvious might help.

It has one. Top right there's an icon.

The site's design is clunky, there's all this information being thrown at you on two sides and a lot of it is irrelevant and unnecessary. It's a case of information overload and I think we should look towards a more simple design.
