Just addressing this, I understand it as being a great incentive, but wont there be a large influx of promotions since Blizzard confirmed they will rework the league distribution to increase the size of the masters server? A lot of ex masters will be promoted and I understand they're not valid for the prize but I think there will be a lot of diamonds promoted to masters league in the coming weeks.

Not trying to be a dick, just making sure that if going ahead with this incentive then you realised that mass promotion could happen

Perhaps enter everyone who promoted to Masters in a raffle or something and draw to see who receives the $10?
