This is curious. Why should it raise suspicions? Isnt that what paypal is used for?

I don't know, I didn't have any problems with the previous account. I just made a new account so I could separate SEAcraft stuff from my own private dealings. The problem is, they make it really difficult to lift the limitation that they place on the account.
