I tried this but got this "Sorry. It appears that you do not meet the requirements to apply for a stream." Yes I have 25 posts. Any other requirement?

If you got the 25 posts recently, you may have to wait for a bit before it gives you permission. I had the same problem back when i joined and that was the response i got.
