I've come across so many players recently who do nothing but throw down a crap load of taunts. Anyone else find this really annoying? I'm thinking maybe there should be a deck limit on the number of taunts that you can have. If you throw down a minion that generates a random and you end up with an additional taunt, then fair enough. But Maybe limit to 3 or 4 taunts would be plenty.
Thoughts?

Im assuming your playing constructed but taunt creatures are normally lacking in in relavent stats. Depending on what class you are playing you may need to use some of your life resources (eg weapon to deal with it) and still keep board control or you can use lets say dark iron dwarf to buff a 2drop fairie to kill a shieldmaster and still be left with a 4/4 on board. specifically Defender of argus and maybe sunfury protector are maybe the only real cards that are relavent in real high end decks. (giving adjacent minions taunt and also 2 x 1+1) except maybe in a shaman control deck that runs frost wolves.
I think that if you are struggling with certain cards maybe you can list them + the deck that your running and i can try and suggest some possible solutions to the problem in deckbuilding or gameplay.
thanks Feralcrab. I would say I'm struggling. I win against it more often that I lose but find it to be a lame and annoying strategy. I play Hunter mainly and usually go a beast deck and this does well against the taunts with things like reducing minion's health to 0 (cost 0 mana) or deal 5 damage if you have a beast minion, deal 3 damage against two random minions. These all help neutralise the mass taunt. Yeh but again, every time I'm up against a player who throws down taunt after taunt after taunt, I can't help but roll my eyes

Yeah no worries as with all CCG and TCG practice practice practice. Hunter is definetly my weakest class as ive never played it except to level it to 10 with the default deck. hunter has some decent removal and just learning how to keep board control while not loosing card advantage by playing around AOE / Mass removal will come with time mate
