this is my first week of the tournaments can some one plz tell me how to challenge people or is it auto and all I have to do is play?

In the main post at the top it has a link called join tournament; it will take you to a similar page to this one, from there click join tournament again to be added to the list.

When the tournament begins the brackets will be generated and you will be given your opponent from said brackets.
