bare is in relative terms.. it's just incredibly frustrating to play on sea. I always prefer NA cause even if some people bitch and moan about their worse ping to it, at least it's fairly even for everyone, from everything I've seen.

I have heard that the ping has been fixed for playing on SEA. You might want to check on that again.
