I too just reported [ClanEX] DaNkS
I have a replay of him watching my oracle fly across the map through the fog.
He also told me he scouted my stargate after the game and on the replay he clearly never did.
He also has the skill of a gold and historical rank of a Diamond yet he is sitting in GM.
