I really hope they do something eSports at this event, it's the perfect setting to hold a big event that will get big attention from people whom aren't normally exposed to it. Sadly I agree with this - An SC2 comp there would be sweet but I don't think it will happen. Happy to be proven wrong however.

I was told by the guy running PAX Aus That if you dont have a 3-day Pass or a Daily Pass then you wont be getting in (baring a media pass), and that there was no such thing as an esport pass for this event (this was a month or two ago, when only 2 of the days were sold out, things could of changed this then).

Pretty sure most organisers were trying to hold something at PAX, havent heard of any being successful yet, baring the 200 BYO style lan, with sit and go PCs
