Either way, my point here is to ask you guys what needs to be done to clear his name.
If you can give me solutions and I tell OSRusher to carry them out, it would be much easier for everyone and me.
If he has been found guilty by people already, and how they are obvious as hell.. I think you really should consider them, instead of defending so hard.
You might say "Oh he only did that as a one off blah blah blah" and you'd let it slide. But the community won't like that. It literally only takes ONE occurrence of someone being caught hacking for them to be known as a hacker. Unfortunately, despite his defense, Rusher has been confirmed as a hacker, whether he likes it or not.
I'm not bothered to look at all the other replays that the others have looked at (because it's 1 am and I'm too tired to analyse properly), as these people are much better than I at knowing which would be deemed as obvious hacking and which isn't. But I can assure you what they are saying is concrete enough to back up the fact that Rusher has been hacking.
Unfortunately, there's absolutely NOTHING that you can do or he can do to clear his name. It only takes ONE instance/moment to have a person to become known as a hacker. And everyone will STICK to the fact that the person in question is a hacker.
It's up to you what you want to do clan-wise in regards to Rusher, but the community has spoken that he's a hacker and thus the admins on SC2SEA will deal with him accordingly in their own way. I hope you understand, and sorry that it had to come down to this, but no one tolerates cheaters in this community.

Noted.
First off, I would like to thank everyone for their effort in this. I really appreciate the way in which you all are very caring for the community to keep it as hacker free as possible. While I still have my doubts, the evidence is compelling and cannot be denied.
I have spoken to OSRusher and decided a 5 month suspension from OS (this decision is made by all of the members of OS). This means that he will not be allowed to participate in tournaments, events or any other form of Starcraft 2 related events under OS. He will also permanently leave sc2sea. Most importantly, I have told him to stop maphacking and do a full reformat of his hardrive. I also have told him if this returns then there will be more severe punishments that may eventually amount to his departure in the team.
I would also like to apologize for the trouble he caused both on ladder and sc2sea to everyone and again Thank you all who watched the replays and gave your response. Its people like you who keep our community great.
Thanks again and I hope me and Team OS will continue to strive for our goals and for the community.
Cheers.
