After the feedback generated from the poll thread as well as the results of the poll itself, the discussions had on the SEA podcast and a conversation within the admin body we have come to a decision wT Weeklies will revert back to being open internationally and will remain that way.

The weekly will now be advertised on Team Liquid as well.
From now on a new signup thread will be generated within 24 hours of the completion of the previous weekly. The event will then be posted on Team Liquid 24 hours after that (to give time for SEA players to signup).
