At this stage T1 and T2 games will restricted to a handful of casters, the cream of the crop, T3-T5 will be far less restrictive, Casters will need to be approved before they may cast a SEACL game but any person who is willing, professional and can show a VOD or two of their work should be very likely to be accepted.

two other things ill answer because theyll likely come up is

A) Casters in Tier 1 and 2 will be restricted regarding the amount of times they can cast their own team (Benji for xG, Zepph for iM etc etc)

B) Tier 1-2 Ill make a rotating roster where casters will take turns of getting to pick 1st, 2nd and 3rd

C) Due to various reason T3-5 will likely be 1st come 1st serve

If you're games are being casted then no, but if they arent I dont see an issue!
