Where did u get that from? I had a glimpse at the stats earlier and i saw something like 24 damage per 0.45, unupgraded.

Although I made a slight mistake and used the air attack damage instead if land. I assumed that it was 6 damage per shot for both air and land.

Yes, I think it already has. Case in point: IMMVP in GSTL vs. Slayers_Ryung. The fact that it was used in a pro-game has re-convinced me that BCs are once again a viable transition from siege tanks in TvT.
