T_T why did they put SEA players in with NA players? bl guys, I can't see us competing with the NA Players fan base and population base.

3 players for EU, 2 players for NA + SEA + SA seems reasonable to me;;
1 NA+SA, 1 SEA doesn't seem feasible from GSL/IPL admins

Statistically, if only 1% of the SEA/Australia population votes, we're guaranteed to get two players in the top 16.

theres only like 30 names there and we just need top 16 to get in the playoffs. I think you only need 1% of the vote to get into the bracket.
