but does blizzard tell u how the first 2 weeks of games will be like? (ex. are u competing with the ppl they think are eligable to grandmasters straight off?) or is it just like normal ladder system?

From what it says, it sounds like after the first two weeks, the top 200 players will be put into grandmaster league.

IMO, it will work the same way it worked when the masters league was implemented; Blizzard will pre-determine who will be in the GM league (i.e. the Top 200 players in the region) and those players have to play a single league game (win or lose) in order to be promoted into the GM league.

I like that there's guidelines in order to stay in the GM league; unlike when masters was first implemented; they said that the players had to be active - which pretty much meant that the players who were eligible for the masters league (due to a high MMR) needed to play a league game, or two, get promoted and then could leave their accounts again whilst staying in the master's league.
