Hello, I am back to SC2 after about 6 months and although I am having no problem with the baiscs (building probes constantly, timings, chrono) I am having serious losing streaks because I have seemed to forgotten all my builds (4gate order, 3gate robo, stargate play, FFE). Thus, could I have some Protoss help please! Thanks! and please tell me about the transitions too! (I can still roughly remember which unit counters which so that halves my problem)

The main thing to do is play enough games to get back into the feeling of the correct macro mechanics. If you aren't building probes/avoiding supply blocks, your builds will lose a considerable amount of effectiveness.
You probably want to be going FFE into a robo/gateway push in PvZ, 1gate FE in PvT and some sort of robo expand in PvP.
I'm in no way the best person for Protoss advice, but I'd very much recommend that you swing onto TL and find basic guides for FFE, 1 gate FE and 2-3gate robo expand and just practice each one for ages.
I wouldn't worry too much about variation in your gameplay yet - mechanics are far more important at the moment.
