It's a very weird thing, I've noticed that a lot of female players go for Zerg or Protoss, I haven't seen too many Terrans!

Not really. In the female scene, most girls are playing zerg/terran.

Notable female players:

Zerg: Scarlett(if you consider her female), Maddellisk, Colagirl, eehanPolaris
Terran: ST_Aphrodite, Slayers_EvE, Flo
Protoss: Luway

Luway is the only notable female players

90% of the girls that participated in Iron Lady are zergs. It has been mostly ZvZ all the way, and once in a blue moon, ZvT/P.

But my ZvZ still sucks T.T
