This design is simple and therefore easily adaptable to any type of shirt. I've provided for demonstration purposes a simple shirt but it could easily be adapted to a jacket, hooded jacket, polo shirt, sports shirt or whatnot.
Colours can be adapted or modified to produce a more appealing design. The areas I have left free for sponsors are both sleeves and the back of the shirt so feel free to move around, recolour or otherwise modify the different sponsor logos and their positions on the shirt if you feel it would improve the final product.

I think the "C" should be swapped so the front is on the back.
also a cooler font for the name
Also I think the C cutting across the front may look odd on a jacket or hoodie with a zip down the front.
The design is simple enough that the addition of a zip would do no harm, the glowing text could be replaced by a simple white outline to make way for the black "carnage" text and the text could be resized to slightly smaller to make way for a zip. I do not see the above concerns as an issue, not even in the slightest.

Possibly.

Yea that's just standard sans, but a font isn't a hard thing to change, the basic concept is already there.
Yah I like gentleman's too I was considering almost the exact same design before but when I realised it's not going to be on a shirt and will most likely be a zip jacket or hoodie the design seemed less appealing. Not sure how it would look when unzipped or crumpled as you see hoodies and jackets go compared to a nice straight shirt like a sports jersey. One of those things that might need to be seen on an existing jacket rather than just on paper if someone can find one.

Keep in mind most printers only stock basic single colour apparel. Any design with multiple base colours will most likely be special orders or custom made - either of which will significantly drive the production cost up.
How much were you looking to spend on the jackets per?
