Hey, is anyone else un-able to play with the new patch?
Problems I get is (for the SEA server) that I do not have the language pack required and therefore cannot log in and (for the NA server) the server simply isn't recognized by the battle.net service. Anyone else have these problems?
ridiculous lag. I play on lowest graphics, i7 3.1gHz, and used to be able to stream + dl files + play with no lag and now I can't split until ~25 seconds ingame or so.
Update on current known issue:
1) In one of my 3v ladder game, i got paired up with only 2 opponent.Guess my mmr so low that thing gone this way.
2) In ladder game, sometime chatbox do not appear. No one can type to each other.
3) On my laptop, i tried multiple time before the update succeed.

Paperclip's post here has the solution to this problem
To those getting the language pack issue (including the stuffed up logon UI where none of the buttons have text).
Dingobloo has found a post on the Battle.net forums here, the problem seems to stem from the locale in your My Documents\Starcraft II\Variables.txt file. The locale variables need to be enSG and not something else.
As zerg, if you lose an expansion, you cant rebuild it because the larva blocks you. You need to make something out of the larva and cancel them. Super annoying, especially in late lategame and you need to defend all types of harass where you're not really floating anything.

But how do you rebuild the hatch if you're "not floating anything". Also is it blocked 100% of the time, or do the larvae still wriggle around and there are times when you can rebuild?
If you have separate TW or KR client you also need to change between enGB and zhTW (or whatever language) to avoid language pack error. I wrote a vbscript to edit that line on startup you can make a couple .bats to launch the game shortcut and .vb at the same time.
Make 2 copies of a .vbs and place it in /Documents/Starcraft II (empty text file) and switch the enGB and zhTW around for the destination.
The teamliquid thread literally lists around 40 known bugs (more to come). It's ******* ridiculous and just outright stupid that Blizzard would release a patch prior to a major tournament (the timing is not the issue, but the fact that they released it without testing correctly is ridiculous)
Im getting the same language pack issue except it is only happening on Korean servers, other than that, I haven't encountered problems with the patch... I hope blizzard fixes their shit
Hmm somehow suddenly my StarCraft is giving me an error where I load the game, and it keeps bringing me back to the Blizzard StarCraft Launcher. So I pretty much can't log in to my account. It's weird because my StarCraft was working perfectly only two hours ago. I've tried re-installing but the same problem still occurs.

This is happening because NA has received a patch and SEA hasn't, so if you try to logon to NA it'll kick you back to patch something which our region hasn't got yet.
If you're stuck on NA, open the registry editor and change the key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Blizzard Entertainment\Battle.net\S2\LastPortal-enSG to sg for SEA or us for NA.
Hey, this is weird, when I go into my Blizzard Entertainment folder, I cannot find the registry. I've just uninstalled and reinstalled the game twice. And ever since I installed them, I was never able to run StarCraft, is that why?
When I go into the Regedit section, after I pass the S2 Folder, the options i get is this:
I also read a rather novel method on Battle.net forums which was pull out your Internet so it can't connect to Battle.net, region change in game then reconnect your Internet.

Not sure where it is on a Mac but I would suspect it would be in ~/Library/Preferences/com.blizzard.starcraft2.plist or one of the other preference files.
