Did a bit of research of tournaments lately (MLG, GSL, TSL4, NASL, IPL, Dreamhack, Homestory and WCS)

These are the 7 "core" maps atm it seems: Antiga Shipyard, Cloud Kingdom, Daybreak, Entombed Valley, Metropolis, Ohana, Shakuras Plateau

Fringe maps are: Atlantis Spaceship, TDA

Then some tournies have their own maps,

GSL: Whirldwind,
NASL: (this is map pool from beginning of season) has older maps that arent used anymore. Shattered/dual site/bel shir.
IPL: Sanshorn Mist.


If youre set on 9, i guess youre only option is to either use the "core" and "fringe" maps, or use a map that barely anyone else uses. Or not use 9 maps.

Of the tournies i listed (MLG, GSL, TSL4, NASL, IPL, Dreamhack, Homestory and WCS) the ONLY tourny to use more than 7 maps in there pool is NASL, and well, NASL sucks. So the "need" to have 9 maps confuses me a lot

9 Maps needed as we run best of 5 finals. 2 vetoes to each player. 9 Maps required, no repeats.

Would be good if we had Atlantis on SEA.
