Recently there has been much controversy around the house of professional gaming team house of Team SlayerS, the personal team of Lim "BoxeR" Yo Hwan the Emperor of Terran. Known for a long time as the ace player for team SlayerS, Terran Moon "MMA" Sung Won, was recently demoted to SlayerS’ B-Team for an unknown reason. This was made public after Sung Won attempted to circumvent the punishments by leaving Team SlayerS and looking for options overseas. Sung Won's punishments stemmed from improper behavior in the teamhouse, and violation of the strict rules our players adhere to. Slayers stated that they felt it was a good idea to not share this information with the public, but now since the issues are being resolved, SlayerS decided to explain everything at last.

Sung Won had developed a romantic relationship with Team SlayerS female pro-gamer Kim "Eve" Shee Yoon. Shee Yoon can be attributed to the recent decline in results for Sung Won, and he has been reluctant to go overseas for tournaments and leaving her behind. Sung Won and Shee Yoon were scheduled to be married in the coming months, after news of Shee Yoon's pregnancy surfaced. However the revelation of shocking news brought team SlayerS in to a dangerous situation. It was later revealed that Shee Yoon was not pregnant with Sung Won's child, but rather the child of Choi "CranK" Jae Won. After this news was relayed to Sung Won, he lost control of himself and violently attacked Jae Won, causing multiple injuries including a slipped disk in Jae Won's 4th vertebrae. Jae Won has left the Team SlayerS house temporarily for medical treatment and did not wish to comment.

As punishment for his violent outburst, and further misbehaviour following the demotion, Sung Won will be cut from the Team SlayerS roster following the Global Starcraft II Team League finals against FXOpen. Sung Won has stated that this will be his last professional Starcraft II match before he begins his military service.

Upon Sung Won's departure from the teamhouse, close friend Han "Cliiiiiiiiiide" Kyu Jong will be departing from Team SlayerS as well. He has been recruited to KeSPA Team KT Rolster to act as Team Coach.

Lastly, It was revealed that Protoss player Jung "Genius" Min Soo will come into the SlayerS house to fill Jae Won's place until he is recovered. Sung Won's spot as Ace Player will be taken up by Kim "Ryung" Dong Won in the upcoming season for the next Global Starcraft II Team League.
