It depends on what you want to do. If you want to play a generally safer, (if anybody makes a mistake it's not as game changing) then go muta/ling/bling, constantly harass, and look for when he's unsieged to a-click. Select all your banelings, if the siege tanks are together it's not that bad to just run the blings into the tanks and remax on lings, morph some lings to blings, and use muta for defense, if they're not and they're leapfrogging slowly use your mutas to pick off 1 siege tank at a time, or a couple marines. If you want to play a more game changing style, play ling/infestor. Catch him unsieged with 3 fungals, gg. Engage in a bad position and lose all but 4 of your infestors, gg. Again, look for unsieged stuff.

No roaches in ZvT unless he goes mech. Never ever ever. Even if he makes 6-8 hellions, use queens instead of roaches.

In all matchups, T always gets bombarded by splash (storm, colo, archon, siege tank, baneling, fungal, etc.) so use those to your advantage.
