Rules and Regulations

You must be in chat channel "sc2seaBSG" ready to play your match at start time
The same 10 minute timeout rule for BSG Opens apply throughout this tournament.
Tournament admins or official streamers are always allowed and the only ones to observe your game
There is no switching of race during the tournament.
Problems/Questions: When in doubt about anything, contact an admin
Reporting Results: After the match has been played, you must report the result by pm to an admin
Disconnects: If a player disconnects, the game must be replayed. If a player disconnects for a second time, his opponent will be awarded a free-win. A win may also be awarded if the player that disconnected was significantly behind at the time of disconnection. Contact an admin if you would like your game/replay reviewed.
Pauses: You must notify your opponent in game if you wish to pause. This pause should not exceed 5 minutes. Excessive pausing in game may lead to disqualification.
Bad Manner will not be tolerated. Anyone caught BMing will be warned. Further offenses will lead to disqualification. Any racist, hateful or excessively derogatory language may lead to removal without warning. We are a friendly group and I'd like to see it stay that way.
Replays: Should be saved for future reference. Anyone asked by admins to provide a replay who cannot do so will be disqualified.

Opening Round bo3 on Cloud Kingdom LE
Quarter Finals bo3 on Antiga Shipyard
Semi Finals bo3 on Condemned Ridge
Grand Final bo5 on Shakuras Plateau

In each round, loser of previous game may pick any map from the ladder map pool as per the following list:

The brackets have been created and will be shortly added to the OP

And yes, they are created in that manner but due to people who double qualify, there are some very rare occasions where you may play a person from your tournament in the first round.

Just the way the brackets worked out unfortunately. Next time they should qualify in the same BSG then they won't face each other until the finals!

And speaking of the finals.... What an awesome five game set it was today between ToRSerpent and tiger. Strong one base vs one base plays showcasing the BSG ability to cheese and hold cheese at the same time

No, the games really were great all day. Thank you to all the players for the fantastic show you provided the spectators with a special mention going out to mGGDrGooSe and TidaL for their amazing 3 game set to lead off the stream.

Was a pretty good experience and pretty nice experience to rush hive like I was trying. Didn't seem to work out too well, but not the worst 'on-the-fly' build I've ever done :P. I didn't get to sleep till 530 am that day and was too tired to realise that Tidal had 3 immos and not 6 :P But Tidal played well and very much deserved the wins.

Unfortunately The vods for this tournament are going to take a fair bit longer i have to organise with Breadfan To get access to his Vods to have them uploaded
