It makes me sad when people offer a professional service, especially one that is essentially built around appearance and first impressions, yet they don't bother to check their spelling, grammar, or formatting. If this guy can't be bothered to put any effort into making an OP look professional, then what hope is there for the quality of his overlays?

I'm just going to throw out that English probably isn't this guy's first language, so I don't share your concern.
