what are the rules on substitutes if players cant make it, is it automatic walkover or can another player fill in if a player gives long enough notice?

Pretty lenient on subs, especially for week one. After week one it will prob be restricted to same-race subs only seeing the matchups will be released earlier and people will have time to prepare.
