Take note he aready has Gm mmr when he started out from bronze.
If another Gm start another account and uped it to Gm,what can the lower league player learn when the basics is not even up to mark.

No he didn't. This account's MMR was firmly in bronze and had never gone any higher than that for months. It took him 37 wins in a row to be promoted to Silver, and more than 50 wins in a row to get promoted to Gold. That's how bad its MMR was.
