Like with every new post from clans looking to recruit:- you NEED to put more information / more effort into the OP
Tells us about your clan and players more than just race, rank, nationality.
Do you have a website / will you have one if not?
What are your goals?
What kind of players are you looking for?
What do you have to offer?
Where can people find / contact you?

Also I know its semantics but if you don't have sponsors you're a clan rather than a team - not sure why all the new clans all want to be called a team?

I'll try to answer them here.

Player information: Not much to say at the moment. I won a GPD, but that's about it. We're all nice guys that are fun to talk to and always up for a game.

Website: www.eternal-esports.org (this was in the OP btw)
Goals: Just for fun at the moment, but hopefully we can just be a powerful clan soon.
Looking for: Anyone who is social and willing to put time into laddering and practicing.
Offer: Fun and practice. We've got a very nice environment at the moment and our own TS servers.
Contact: Soundwave.144 or ETLTyphoon.582. Hang out in ETL channel.

And we do have sponsors, by the way. I'd still call us a clan, although we have legit COD teams.

Yeah you should still add all that info to the OP and perhaps link a banner image things like that
Basically show a little more effort with presenting yourself and you'll get more interest

SEA has more clans than there are players to go around so best foot forward
