I've made a Facebook page where all news, tournaments, barcraft details, game updates, etc can be found and posted. We had 450 people at the last barcraft gsl finals organised by rez + the Silicon Sports team, so clearly there's a pretty sizeable interest in the game from Melbournians. We needed a way to inform and enourage some of these fans to attend lans, more online comps, etc, so like the page, and suggest it to your friends. Other states have similar communities, so it's about time we followed suit. You don't just have to be from Melbourne either, if you're interested in the Melbourne scene go for it! ACL Melbourne Nationals are coming up in early July, so hopefully we can have an awesome turnout for it!

Lot of Starcraft action happening in Melbourne this weekend!

ACL Sat + Sun @ Moonee Valley Racecourse - Great community event. Open bracket for SC2, so get involved. Drag along some mates if they're into console games too. Fifa 12, Modern Warfare 3, Halo Reach + Halo 3, Gears

Gigabyte ESC is also on Sat @ Monash University Clayton Campus. 16 pro players fight it out $3k+ prizes + hardware.
