StarCraft 2 turns 3 This Week!

As some of you might have known, It's been 3 years since July 27, 2010, the date when StarCraft 2 was released and started the next generation of E-sports action with one of the greatest game franchises of all time. This weekend, Blizzard is offering some cool goodies in honor of this event.

1) XP Bonus

For a limited time, we’ve increased the XP gains you get when you play StarCraft II by 25%. It’s the perfect time to log in and play some Multiplayer, or Versus A.I., or Training Mode games. Perhaps you’d like to level up the race you play the least often. Now’s the time!

2) All Three for Free (For Starter Editions, this is great news to play this weekend )

Once again, we’ve unlocked all three races in the StarCraft II Starter Edition. That means that any player who hasn’t yet upgraded to the full edition of StarCraft II can check out what it’s like to play from the Protoss and Zerg perspective. Combine that with Spawning, and you’ve got a holiday on your hands!

3) That Sweet, Sweet Art

When we celebrate things, we love doing something special artistically. This time around, Luke “Mr. Jack” Mancini reworked the 15th Anniverasry ‘line up’ wallpaper with edgier, grittier results.
