Gonna have to say..

Protoss: Immortals. The coolest unit the game imo! So buff and tanky, yet so crab like and cool.
Terran: Hellions. BURNINATING YOUR WORKERS!
Zerg: Queen's off creep, cause they're easy.

Protoss: Probe, deadly things these are, blocking ramps, building cannons. Works a lot more than any other worker. And is a better fighter than anyother worker when microed.
followed closely by the dark templar.

Terran: used to be reapers, now it's the banshee...they kinda resemble dts..just a bit

HT's are also one of my most loved units. There is something really satisfying about using feedback on some full energy medivac's and taking them down in one hit and then throwing down a few storms and mopping up the rest of an army.

Its got to be Zealots for me. Front of the line powerhouses with psi blades

Watching mass zealots ripping apart a MM army body part by body part is just fantastic, especially once
it has the ability to chase you down
