Ok I'll say this about the Foreinger rule.

Having just met a Korean who wants to join my clan and be active on Sea I thought about introducing him to this site. However with this no forgiener rule it's very difficult for me to introduce to him this site and scene because since he doesn't speak a lot of english. The best way for him to socialise with us is through Starcraft.

Whilst I understand what you're trying to do, with global play we'll have more Foriengers who want be part of SEA. So I'd like there to be at least 1 weekly tournament that they can play in. More so with that fact that a lot of TW/KR people are laddering on SEA now.
